The Parinamas Approach

People · Process · Technology.
In that order.

Because that is the order AI transformations succeed in. The majority of enterprise AI work fails not because the model is wrong, but because the organization around the model is not ready to use it, manage it, or trust it.

Our engagements are built around one truth.

We move through three stages — Assess, Enable, Execute — and we do not skip stages. Every engagement clears the one before it.

This page describes how the three stages work, what each one delivers, and how the numbers look when a client engages on all three. Price bands are indicative and scoped to mutual agreement.

We read your operation before we write a single line of code.

Most AI strategy work is a deck. Ours is a diagnostic. We spend two to four weeks inside your business — interviewing leaders, mapping workflows, auditing data, and grading your organization on the four vectors that actually determine AI success: data quality, talent fluency, process maturity, and leadership alignment.

You receive a written thesis. Not slide-ware. A document your board, your CFO, and your operators can all read, argue with, and act on.

What you get out of Assess
  • A written AI Readiness Diagnostic grading your four vectors
  • A 90-day action plan tied to named P&L outcomes
  • A prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities, scored by value, feasibility, and political cost
  • An executive narrative — the language your leadership uses to explain the thesis internally and externally

The technology is the easy part. Your people are the engagement.

AI tools do not change organizations. People using AI tools change organizations — and most companies skip this step entirely, which is why their pilots stall. Our Enable stage is cohort-based training that turns your leaders, managers, and operators into fluent AI practitioners in their actual domain of work.

We do not teach generic prompt engineering. We teach your underwriters to underwrite with AI. Your buyers to source with AI. Your CFO's team to close the books with AI. Every cohort is built around your workflows, your data, and your governance constraints.

The three-cohort structure
  • AI Foundations — what the technology actually is, what it cannot do, where it breaks
  • Prompting & Workflows — role-specific application to your daily work
  • Claude Code & Cowork — the shift from using AI to building with AI
  • An internal playbook your people can hand to the next hire on day one
  • AI champions identified, developed, and positioned to lead after we leave

We build what the diagnostic called for.

Execute is where the thesis becomes software. We design, ship, and hand off production AI systems — agent architectures, automation pipelines, retrieval-augmented applications, and custom LLM deployments — on the cloud stack you already run. Azure, AWS, the Anthropic API. We integrate with your identity, your data, and your security posture.

We do not leave you with a demo. We leave you with a system your team owns.

What we build
  • Agent systems — multi-agent architectures for complex, multi-step work
  • RAG applications — document-grounded assistants that speak your company's language
  • Workflow automation — Make.com, Zapier, and custom pipelines connecting AI to your existing tools
  • Custom LLM applications — purpose-built interfaces for revenue, operations, or compliance use cases
  • AI governance infrastructure — logging, evaluation, guardrails, and review processes that keep it safe
Expansion of Execute

From build to lifecycle:
introducing Agent Operations.

Execute used to end at handoff. It doesn't anymore. The shift from generative AI to agentic AI — systems that take action, not just generate text — has made handoff the wrong exit point. An agent that can move money, draft legal language, file tickets, or email customers needs continuous operation and oversight, the same way any critical business infrastructure does.

Phase 01
Build
Architecture, integration, security, and user interfaces — production standard.
Phase 02
Govern
Behavioral guardrails, escalation paths, security monitoring, red-team testing, audit trails.
Phase 03
Evolve
Model upgrades, capability expansion, tool updates, performance tuning — quarterly.

A note on sequencing

Why we will not skip stages.

Every week a CEO asks us to jump straight to Execute. We understand the impulse. But we have watched it fail enough times to know the math: an AI system built into an unready organization has roughly a one-in-four chance of producing durable value. An AI system built into an assessed, trained, and governed organization compounds.

That is the entire difference between a pilot that dies in Q3 and a system that is still paying off three years later.
