AI Strategy · Enablement · Execution

Most AI pilots fail on People and Process.
Not on Technology.

We build AI that produces — for operators who are finished with pilots and ready for returns.

Our Approach

Assess → Enable → Execute.

People · Process · Technology — in that order — because that is the order AI transformations succeed in. Every engagement moves through three stages. We do not skip stages.

01 · ASSESS

We read your operation.

Current-state maturity, data readiness, process fragility, adoption politics, and the first million dollars of value hiding in plain sight. The AI Readiness Scorecard is the entry point.

Outcome: a 90-day action plan specific to your P&L.
02 · ENABLE

People first.

Because the technology is the easy part. Cohort-based training for leaders, managers, and operators. Role-specific. Measured on adoption, not attendance.

Outcome: a workforce that ships AI work without us in the room.
03 · EXECUTE

We build.

Agent systems, automation pipelines, RAG architectures, and custom LLM applications on Azure, AWS, or the Anthropic stack. Deployed, monitored, handed off.

Outcome: production AI that moves a named metric.
Featured Result

Industrial manufacturer. Eight AI agents. The baseline.

We architected an eight-agent Azure AI system for a North American industrial manufacturer, spanning quality inspection, demand signal interpretation, supplier correspondence, maintenance scheduling, and compliance documentation. Within twelve months the system returned 5.47× its all-in investment and freed more than 11,000 hours of senior operator capacity for higher-value work.

Agent Operations.
Build · Govern · Evolve.

When software can take action, somebody has to be responsible for it. Agent Operations is the lifecycle service for organizations running AI agents in production — so your agent cannot go rogue, leak data, or quietly drift off-spec.

Phase 01
Build

Custom agent design and deployment. Multi-agent architectures, RAG systems, workflow automation, and custom LLM applications — integrated with your identity, your data, and your security posture.

8–16 weeks · $80K–$180K
Phase 02
Govern

Continuous oversight of agents in production. Behavioral guardrails, security perimeter, audit trails, red-team testing, and real-time monitoring so agents stay within defined boundaries.

Retainer · $60K–$120K / year
Phase 03
Evolve

Periodic rejuvenation as technology moves. Model upgrades, capability expansion, new tool integrations, and performance tuning — so the agent you buy this year is the agent you still want running in 2028.

Quarterly cycles · $30K–$80K

AI Readiness Scorecard

Most companies think they're further along on AI than they are.

The Parinamas AI Readiness Scorecard takes five minutes. It grades your organization on four vectors — data, talent, process, and leadership — and delivers a written diagnostic tailored to your industry. You will learn where you are ahead, where you are exposed, and where the first $1M of value is hiding.
